If you don’t have your CP575 form handy, no problem, we just need the exact Business Name you used when registering with the IRS. It’s important that this matches what the IRS has on file, since any mismatch could lead to delays or even a denial of your A2P registration. For example, if your business was registered as “SUREHOUSE MORTGAGE LLC KELLY HARTMAN SOLE MBR” but you enter “SUREHOUSE MORTGAGE LLC”, that’s considered a mismatch and could slow things down.
Enter the exact business name, as registered with the Government and mentioned in your tax documents (W2, W9 or CP 575). E.g. Leadconnector LLC rather than Leadconnector.
The number used to identify your business. (You can find your US EIN on your IRS or previous tax return documents (W2, W9 or CP 575). Kindly enter the correct EIN as it will affect the registration process.
Must be at least 45 days old.
“Registrations using EINs issued within the last 45 days may be rejected by TCR. We recommend waiting until your EIN is at least 45 days old before proceeding with the A2P registration form. We will attempt registration after 45 days from your EIN registration date.”
